Reviews and Ratings
Our stay was a delightful experience, as the hotel offered stunning views and a variety of room amenities that truly added value to our visit. The hospitable staff, some of whom spoke excellent English, were welcoming and attentive. Dining was an absolute highlight with luxurious buffet options, and we even enjoyed a free harp concert in the evening. However, the location is a bit isolated, which could be a downside for some. Overall, we felt it was great value for money.
Our stay at the resort was absolutely delightful, marked by outstanding hospitality and breathtaking views. The spacious twin room was clean and comfortable, really surpassing our expectations. Dining was a highlight with luxurious buffet meals and an unexpected treat of wildlife right outside the window during dinner. The Onsen facilities were well-kept and a real oasis, providing a relaxing end to our day. While everything was wonderful, I did wish for slightly more variety during meals.
I had an excellent experience at this hotel, enjoying the spacious twin room with a lovely view. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out, with many being fluent in English and incredibly helpful. The dining options during breakfast and dinner were luxurious, and the onsen offered a serene escape. However, some aspects of the location were slightly isolated, which offered exclusivity but made access to nearby attractions a bit limited.
Our stay at this resort exceeded our expectations in many ways! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and we loved the spacious twin room with a charming view of nature. The dining experience was fantastic, with a luxurious buffet that really impressed us. However, we did notice a slight delay at times during dinner service, which was a minor hindrance. Overall, it was great value for money.
I had an amazing experience at this resort! The twin room was spacious and offered a charming view, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff truly went above and beyond in their hospitality. While the Onsen was fantastic, I found the area a bit isolated, which might not be ideal for everyone, especially in snowy weather. Overall, it was excellent value for money, with luxurious dining experiences and activities.
